                                                                    Staffing Fees


Staffing:                                     $ 25.00 per hour*, per employee

  • The hours charged for staffing will include one hour prior to event start time, the hours of the event, and one and a half hours for clean-up after all the guests depart. The number of staff required for an event is determined by the number of guests, serving style and the type of event.
  • An additional $200.00* service fee may be charged for extraordinary post-event clean up.
  • Ceremony set up, including removal of existing patio seating, installation of guest chairs, and post-ceremony replacement with patio and/or reception seating, is available for an additional $150 fee.


Gratuity: A gratuity of 20% of total alcohol + food sales will be added to the bill.
