Room rental fee includes personal event director, two hours of set-up (client determines time slot), use of available tables, ceremony chairs, reception chairs, additional furniture, and dishware.

If additional set-up time is required a fee of $30.00 per hour will be added
Staffing: $20.00 per hour, per employee
The hours charged for staffing will include: one hour prior to start time, the hours of the event, and one hour for clean-up after all the guests depart.
The number of staff required for an event is finalized by the event director and determined by the number of guests and the type of event.
Gratuity: A gratuity of 20% of total alcohol & food sales will be added to the bill.
